Travel with Imperial to Zanesville, OH. for a weekend of unique shopping, interesting tours, a relaxing cruise 
and some fine dining.

 Our weekend starts with a stop at the Longaberger Homestead. You will find shopping, restaurants, educational demonstrations and learn the history of this company.  While there, visit the Manufacturing Campus to see how these famous baskets are made.  Next stop is the Village of Dresden where the Longaberger tradition began. Stroll through over 40 stores in this quaint village.   
Enjoy an evening of fine dining and old world ambiance at the Terra Cotta Vineyards set in Ohio ’s beautiful hill country.  Start with wine tasting as they tell us how to choose the perfect wine for our meal.  Then we enjoy a fabulous dinner while Chef Bill Bird divulges culinary secrets.  His cooking demonstration includes how to make a delicious wine reduction sauce and how to create a flaming dessert.   
 Our second day begins with a manufacturing tour at ,the largest contract embroidery company east of the Mississippi. They embroider for retailers such as Wal-Mart, J.C.Penney, Sears, and Gap to name a few.  There will be time to shop in the B-Wear Factory Outlet Store.  We will also make a stop at the Lumi-Lite Candle Co. Factory Outlet where we find locally made candles, gifts and home décor. 
 Enjoy full tea and a tour at Schultz Mansion . Built in 1900, this 26-room mansion was given as a wedding gift from William D Schultz to his bride, Ethel Granger Schultz. 
See first hand how pottery is made at Hartstone Pottery, home of America ’s finest handpainted and handcrafted gifts, tableware, and kitchenware.  After the tour, we have time to shop for some beautiful pottery items.  
  Enjoy a relaxing dinner cruise along the Lorena Sternwheeler.  This Muskingum County treasure travels up the Historic Muskingum River Water Trail and offers a relaxed and pleasant ride through wide waters, passing scenic woodlands.
