ADVENTURES IN MICHIGAN AND WISCONSIN

 HOLLAND-MEIJER GARDENS-SS BADGER-WISCONSIN DELLS

 Travel with Imperial as we explore the beauty of Michigan and Wisconsin. 
Our journey begins with a stop in Holland, Michigan.  We will take in a view of  Big Red, Michigan
’s most photographed Light House.  
A stop will be made at Windmill Island to observe the only operating Dutch Windmill in America and to visit  DeKlump Wooden Shoe Factory and Gift Shop.  Our adventure continues to Grand Rapids , Michigan for a tour of the Frederick Meijer Gardens . Lunch is included at the Gardens. 
Next, we board a tram for a tour of the Gardens and Sculptures.  After leaving Grand Rapid , we will head towards our overnight stop in Ludington, Michigan . 
A stop at the Ludington Light House and a dinner will be included.  
The next morning, we will board the SS Badger for a ferry ride across Lake Michigan . The Badger was built in 1953 and is the largest car ferry operating on Lake Michigan . It is 410 feet long and is powered by coal. You will receive a coupon for lunch while crossing Lake Michigan . 
Upon arriving in Manitowac ,Wisconsin , you will have a chance to observe the beauty of this state.  Our destination for the next two nights is the quaint little town of Wisconsin Dells. The first activity we have scheduled will be a horse drawn carriage ride to observe the beautiful cliffs around the city.  
After checking into our hotel we will attend a Broadway production at the Broadway Dinner Theater.  
The next day begins with a 2 hour boat ride to see the Upper Dells area.  Time will be allowed for lunch and shopping in the town area, and then we will take
 a 1 hour boat ride to see the Lower Dells.  This evening we will be attending a dinner show at Thunder Valley. Scandinavian hospitality at its best!  
We begin our journey home the next morning.  We have scheduled a tour of the Willis Tower in Chicago on our way back to Indiana
Formally named the Sears Tower, it is the tallest building in the United States
, rising over 1400 feet in the air. 
Just a quick 108 stories up to the observation deck for a beautiful view of the Chicago
area.
