D.C. truly is a beautiful city, rich in history and architectural beauty.  Travel with Imperial as we tour our nation’s capital.

Our first stop will be Mount Vernon, home of our country’s  first President, George Washington. 
A step-on-guide will join us for a tour of D.C.. We will see the famous monuments of D.C.; 
The Jefferson, Lincoln, and FDR Memorials. 
We will pass the White House, the Capitol Building , Supreme Court Building ,Washington Monument, 
and many other interesting historical sites. 
A visit will also be made at the new World War II Memorial.
Time is allotted to explore some of the 14 museums of the Smithsonian Institute. 
A night tour to view some of the monuments under the lights will  include Iwo Jima ,Vietnam and Korean Memorials. 
As we depart D. C., a stop will be made at Arlington Cemetery. You  may visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the JFK Site, 
and the Curtis Mansion;
home of Robert E. Lee.  The Women In Military Service Memorial is also located at Arlington .
 
Next scheduled stop is Gettysburg.  A step-on-guide will join us for an informative tour of the Battlefield.
 Lunch will be at the beautiful Boyd's Bear Store.
